Who we are

We are a fully independent company with our main activities directed to ship agency, customs brokerage, port operations of bulk cargoes and logistics consultancy on agribusiness.

Focused on the tramp market and attending more than 1.200 port calls annually, we are seeking to ensure a tailor-made service to our customers and create value through continuous improvement of our expertise. As logistics consultants, we provide a comprehensive understanding of the full supply chain for our partners.

What we do

We have a qualified team in several areas to cater for different types of demands in the Brazilian logistics chain with quality and professionalism, transcending the limits of the port.

We are located in 11 offices, capable of covering more than 97% of all exports and imports from Brazilian agribusiness, may also participate in any port with the same level of quality through a wide range of local partners.

We also invest in data processing, market information, logistics expansion projects, agribusiness studies, and port/commercial consulting. We produce files and presentations dedicated to client needs, with each team specializing in different sectors and years of experience and professionalism.

Our Research & Development department manages and administers
a robust database of Brazilian agribusiness exports and imports, capable of
generating daily reports and providing on-demand analysis tailored to each client's needs.

Statistics

Our Research & Marketing department compiles market related and port data on a daily, monthly and annual basis providing statistics that demonstrate totals of cargoes exported and imported throughout Brazil.

Pre-fixture

We pride ourselves in supporting our clients from the very beginning of the Business, assisting in understanding the best periods for declaring laycans with Owners, contractual clauses which can be beneficial in each port and checking the approval of vessels for operation.

Logistics

Aiming at providing a better understanding of the whole supply chain for our partners, we developed a comprehensive study for all logistics involved on the origination of grain commodities, using Google Earth as a visualization tool.

Laytime

Conflicts and different interpretations of the facts may arise when performing the calculation of laytime and demurrage. Charterers can contact us to clear doubts and check the accuracy of the calculations submitted by the carriers.

Consulting

We are at our customer’s disposal if they need some particular research or study on specific ports, terminals, projects, port logistics or related to the movements of grains and fertilizers.
